- Services Drop-Down Menu – Displays menu items: Scheduler, Notes, Practice Management, HIPAA Policy Manager, HIPAA Compliance Manager, Time-Stamped Activity Log, Training, Messaging.
- Therapist Drop-Down Menu – Displays menu items: Scheduler, Dashboard, Tracking Board, Activity Sheet.
- Other Drop-Down Menu – Displays menu items: FAQ, About/Contact.
- Help Drop-Down Menu – Displays menu items: Account Setup, Policy & Procedure Manual, Notes, Scheduler, Messaging, Doctor Portal.
- Account Drop-Down Menu – for dealing with account information or log off.
- Notes – This is the module for therapy notes. Here is where you will go to view, edit, and create client assessments.
- Schedule – This is the module for therapist scheduling. Here is where you will go to view, edit, and create client appointments, as well as other miscellaneous client actions.
- Practice – This is the Practice Management module. Here is where you will find the therapist dashboard, the list of clients and actions you may take with them, and your practice information.
- HIPAA-Based Policy and Procedures Manual Manager – This is where you can go to modify your custom Policy and Procedures Manual for your office.
- Compliance Manager – Here, you can upload documents, consent forms, and also find many common tools to keep your practice compliant with major government and regulatory company standards.
- Time-Stamped Activity Log – Keep record of everything that happens with your practice and protect yourself from difficult audits.
- Training – Here is where you will find Training Modules featuring material for therapists, staff, administrators and all other individuals in your organization.
- Messaging – This is your access to our secure, encrypted messaging service to send and receive messages with any other therapist in the system.
- Manage Profile – Here is where any account may go to manage their profile information in the Therapractic system.
- Organizational Management – Here is where you may go to manage your organization information, as well as the account user accesses of those users in your organization.
- Subscription Management – Here is where you may go to view or edit your subscriptions.
